My work concentrated on ensuring rights and social-inclusion opportunities for the under privileged and vulnerable people. As Founder and Chief Executive Director of Songshoptaque, a non-profit organization in Bangladesh I established number of development initiatives such as Karnaphuli Human resources Development Institute, and Coastal Disable People Organization Alliance(CDA). Many of these development initiatives were considered newer approaches based upon the development context of Bangladesh. Since 2015, I am serving as Director of Operations for AlivEducation an educational institute located in Ottawa and also serving as Treasurer for a non-profit organization Proactive Education for All Children Inclusive. In my spare time I love to engage with the community and organize events that can support in their integration and outreach.
